The second Working group meeting

The second meeting of working groups within the project "EU support for reforms in the water sector" was held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Belgrade.

The participants were greeted by Ms. Marta Mihailović, Independent associate for the protection of water from pollution in the Republic Water Directorate.

At this meeting, the draft Assessment report on functioning of public utility companies was presented, with the most significant results and findings. In the second part of the meeting, the key expert for the project, Mr. Yavor Dimitrov, presented performance indicators and plans for further development of the sector.

The participants actively participated in the discussion and continue contributing to the successful realization of these activities on the project with their comments.

The project "EU Support to Reforms in the Water Sector" is funded by the EU and managed by the Ministry of Finance, the Department for Contracting and Financing of EU Funded Programmes. The beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management - Republic Water Directorate. The project is implemented by EPTISA Servicios de Ingenieria S.L. Spain in the consortium with EPTISA Southeast Europe d.o.o. Serbia.
